The SRM ERP is a set of official SRMIST systems: Academia for daily academics, the Student Portal (sp.srmist.edu.in) for fees, hall tickets and results, and StudentConnect for newer batches in some faculties. Apps like ClassPro and SRM Helper are separate student-made tools, not part of SRM's ERP.
This guide lists the official addresses exactly as SRM publishes them and explains what is known about the unofficial tools, so you can decide what to trust.

Official SRM ERP portals (SRMIST)
Safety first. This is an unofficial, independent guide and does not run any SRM portal or ask for your login. Before typing your password, check that the address bar shows the official SRM domain. Never share your password or OTP with apps, seniors or websites. Third-party apps such as Class Pro and SRM Helper are not run by SRM, so think carefully before giving them your Academia password.
SRMIST's academic ERP is built on Zoho Creator, according to Zoho's own case study. Students meet it through these official links, all listed on the SRMIST Students page:

StudentConnect and the JUNO Campus app
SRMIST lists a new web portal, StudentConnect, for the 2025 batch onwards, with a mobile app called "JUNO Campus: Student". The official user manual (v1.0, updated 29 July 2025) limits it to 2025-26 batch students onward in Medicine and Health Sciences, Law, Management, and Science and Humanities, excluding Ph.D. students. Engineering students should not assume it applies to them unless their department confirms it.
Sign in is by "Sign In with Google" with your SRM email, or by QR Login, scanning a code shown on studentconnect.srmist.edu.in. Features listed in the manual include:
- Attendance for all semesters, and QR-based attendance marking in class
- Internal marks (View Evaluation) and assessments
- Fees, receipts and miscellaneous fees
- Hostel allocation, night out and maintenance requests
- Session plan, scheduler, holidays, announcements, library, leave history, placement, lecture feedback and events
SRM evarsity: what it means now
Many students still search srm evarsity, evarsity srm login or evarsity srm. On SRMIST's current official pages, the evarsity address appears for the Certificate Request Portal at evarsity.srmist.edu.in/srmcrp/, used for transcripts, attested copies and duplicate certificates or grade sheets.
Older GitHub projects built around evarsity results suggest it was used for results in the past, but that is not confirmed. For current results, SRM's Controller of Examinations points to sp.srmist.edu.in. See SRM semester results.
SRM eLab
srm elab and elab srm are common searches for SRM's coding lab practice platform. No eLab link was found on SRMIST's official Students page, and no official eLab web address could be verified for this guide.
Get the eLab link from your course faculty, your lab manual or an official class notice. Do not trust a random eLab login page found through search, and never type your NetID password into a page you cannot trace back to SRM.
SRM Helper, ClassPro and other unofficial apps
Students build many tools around Academia. They can be handy, but none is run or approved by SRM, as far as this guide could find. Here is a neutral summary. This guide does not link to download pages.
ClassPro (class pro srm)
An open-source academic management app published on GitHub. Its README, how it handles passwords and whether it states any affiliation could not be read for this guide. It is unofficial.
SRM Helper (helper srm, the helper srm)
Listed on Better Launch as a free study resource site for SRMIST students, offering notes, previous year papers, syllabus and GPA, CGPA and attendance calculators, and the listing says no student account is needed. No affiliation statement was found. It is unofficial.
SRM Attendance Helper (Chrome extension)
A Chrome Web Store extension by Darshil Kumar that adds attendance margin calculation (for 75, 65 or 85 percent thresholds) and an SGPA calculator on top of the SRM portal. It is reported to have about 753 users, version 1.2 updated 14 July 2025, and the developer declares no data collection. There is no SRM affiliation statement. It is unofficial.
TrackIt
No SRM-specific TrackIt app was found. The only TrackIt result was a Google Meet attendance add-on unrelated to SRM.
SRM API and Academia scrapers
Searches for srm api, srm api portal or srm api vercel usually point to student projects that log in to Academia and pull out data. SRM has no documented public API for students. Projects reported on GitHub include an Express.js API for courses, attendance, calendar, marks and timetables, and an attendance and marks tracker. These are unofficial.
Any tool that asks for your NetID password logs in as you. SRM's NetID is single sign on, so the tool gets the same access as your SRM Google account: email, Drive and ERP. If you have shared your password and are unsure, change it at ssp.srmist.edu.in.
If you only need numbers, the attendance calculator and CGPA calculator on this site work without any login.
SRM application form 2026 is not on the ERP
Searches like srm application form 2026 and srm application last date are about admission, not the student ERP. SRMJEEE 2026 had separate applications per phase, with last dates of 16 April, 4 June and 30 June 2026, all now passed. As of mid-September 2026, no SRMJEEE 2027 dates had been officially announced.

Quick safety checklist

- Do not forward official SRM emails to personal accounts; SRM policy says not to.
